The role

As our E-commerce and Logistics Manager you will be a key player in our operations, overseeing both our online hardware sales and the efficient flow of music players and speakers of Soundtrack and its partners. This role requires a blend of e-commerce expertise, supply chain understanding, and strong analytical skills. You will be responsible for optimizing the customer journey, managing product listings, coordinating shipping, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Manage supply, production forecasts and inbound shipping.
• Manage inventory, fulfillment integration, and logistics workflows
• Manage our e-commerce platform including product pages, checkout processes, and overall site performance.
• Track key performance metrics (KPIs) such as traffic, sales, conversion rates, and return rates.
• Collaborate with customer support, product development, and our legal and accounting team to drive continuous improvement.

Mandatory Requirements

• E-commerce Experience: 3+ years of proven experience managing an e-commerce platform, including product listing optimization, website updates, and online sales strategies.
• International Logistics Knowledge: Solid experience and understanding of logistics principles, including inventory management, warehousing, shipping, and order fulfillment processes.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis to track key metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and sales.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and shipping carriers.
• Tech Savviness: Comfortable working with various e-commerce platforms including Shopify Plus, inventory management systems, and shipping software.

• Previous experience within the music or audio industry

Familiarity with shipping carriers and logistics providers: Knowledge of different shipping options, rates, and services.
